what I loved about my stay was the close proximity to charming eateries like the chillout restaurant just a few steps away and the fine Marmaris Castle only a short 15-minute walk from the hotel, making it super convenient for strolling through the city and enjoying the local culture.

Spacious room, clean pool area, offering great amenities like free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, made our stay enjoyable, especially being just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by charming eateries and shops.

Everything was good.

The rooms come with dual balconies. The apartment layout is versatile, with a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials.

Unfortunately, the noise can be a real problem, especially with bars and traffic making sleep a challenge. Some serious lack of cleanliness was noted. Floors were dirty upon arrival, and maintenance issues like a broken shower head were downplayed. The Wi-Fi is iffy at best and a hassle to log into. There were reports of uncomfortable mattresses that could really use replacing. If you're on the ground floor, be aware that views can be obstructed and you're likely to encounter stray cats wandering through the hotel, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.

During my recent business trip to Icmeler, my director chose the Prince Apart Hotel as our accommodation. And I must say, it was a fantastic choice.

If I had to mention a minor drawback, it would be that the rooms could benefit from a little update.

The place was mind-blowingly clean, with free WiFi and super reliable air con. The safety deposit box was a jaw-dropping plus. Just a 2 min walk to the stunning beach on the right and the happening bars on the left. The pool was fantastic, and my little one absolutely loved the shaded baby pool, park, and soft play area. The apartment had a gorgeous view of the hills, and the balcony overlooking the pool was just perfect. The poolside facing apartments got sun in the afternoon - a great spot for relaxation. The apartments were well-serviced and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were nice and friendly. The location couldn't be any better, and having a small shop next door selling essentials was super convenient. Will definitely be coming back!

The charming boutiques at the end of the promenade offered some truly unique and original fashions. Prince Apart Hotel will be my go-to for my next summer escape. And the shared lounge was the perfect place to relax and mingle with fellow guests.

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of finding many shops conveniently located nearby. But of course, who needs power points or spacious bathrooms?

We were impressed during our second visit to Prince Apart. The location was excellent, just steps away from the pool area, perfect for our grandson who couldn't resist the water. The reception staff were accommodating and the new staff at the pool bar provided great service. We opted for the half board option and the food was delicious. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, our room was always tidy. We also enjoyed visiting nearby restaurants such as the Waterfall, Venice, Majestic, and the Flirida. Highly recommended!

our stay in icmeler was amazing, and this time prince apart really impressed us! the apartment was lovely with a sunny balcony overlooking the hills. the poolside apartments had a great view of the pool, which some may prefer. staff were nice, beds comfy, and the location was very central. there was even a handy shop next door for essentials.

Play area needs improvement.

We stayed at Prince Apart and had a fantastic experience. the apartment was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony facing the hills where we enjoyed the morning sun. the staff were friendly and attentive, and the pool area was great, with a soft play area for the kids. We also appreciated the central location, with a small shop selling essentials right next door. we were very satisfied with our stay. Cons: Nothing everything was great! 👍.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic, with affordable prices for spacious rooms. The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the daily cleaning and provision of toilet roll, which is unusual for this region. The location is ideal, being right next to the lively pubs and kids' play area, as well as being really close to both the sea and the beach. Another great aspect is that all rooms have air conditioning, providing much-needed comfort during the hot weather. Additionally, having two bathrooms in the rooms allows for even more space and convenience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were comfortable and had the added bonus of two balconies, one overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities such as the kettle and toaster were appreciated. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a good start to the day.

Spent a weekend in these apartments and had a great time! Loved the modern interior and the fact that the apartments were very clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of restaurants and bars with the beach just a short walk away. The pool area was also a highlight, very well maintained and a great place to relax.

The WiFi, which was a bit patchy and unreliable. the lift was quite small, which was a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage or shopping.
